Role Overview

As a Senior Retail Assistant and Duty Manager, your primary goal is to ensure every customer receives an outstanding in-store experience. From warmly greeting customers, guiding them on product choices, to upselling opportunities and completing sales transactions, you will play a key role. Additionally, as a key holder, you'll manage opening and closing procedures and lead the Sunday shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong safety focus to protect yourself, teammates, and customers.
• Deliver sincere and memorable customer service moments.
• Leverage your customer service skills to boost sales outcomes.
• Keep showroom presentation and merchandising standards at an exceptional level.
• Oversee stock management including receiving, dispatching, and storing goods.
• Be a cooperative, enthusiastic, and collaborative team player contributing positively to team culture.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

This role suits someone with a natural affinity for people and strong customer service expertise, ideally backed by retail or service experience. While full product training will be provided, an interest in automotive products is advantageous. Confident communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, a team-focused approach, and a positive 'can do' attitude are essential.

Working Hours

• Sunday: 10am to 4pm
• Monday to Wednesday: 8am to 5pm
• Total: 31 hours weekly
