About the Role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as a Retail Assistant in Merchandise, based in Christchurch, Canterbury. As part of a team supporting daily store operations, you will contribute to creating an outstanding shopping experience for customers. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance shopper satisfaction and engagement.
• Assist customers efficiently and support smooth daily store operations.
• Maintain excellent store presentation by ensuring shelves are clean, organized, and stocked with fresh products.
• Implement promotional displays and point-of-sale materials accurately to align with campaigns.
• Collaborate proactively with team members to achieve seamless store functions and meet set objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, report hazards, and follow company policies and legal standards.

Working Hours

• Monday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Tuesday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
