About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established Finance Recruitment team based in Dublin. This role focuses on the finance sector, especially targeting non-qualified finance professionals with salaries above 40,000 euros. You will join a highly collaborative, successful team with strong client relationships and consistent job flow across both public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a full 360 recruitment desk specializing in finance appointments.
• Develop and nurture relationships with finance professionals and senior business leaders.
• Provide consultative recruitment advice to both clients and candidates.
• Create and implement effective business development strategies.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Gather market intelligence to establish yourself as a finance market expert.
• Expand existing client portfolios while prospecting new business opportunities.
• Contribute to team initiatives and share industry best practices.
