Senior Product Manager

About the Role

LogiNext seeks an energetic and skilled Senior Product Manager to act as the primary liaison for clients, translating their needs into world-class SaaS product solutions. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business development teams to strategize and develop product features and roadmaps aimed at addressing real-world logistics challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the product vision and roadmap aligned with customer challenges and the company's strategic goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams by converting product strategies into detailed requirements and prototypes to meet development objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and incorporate them into product enhancements that boost user satisfaction.
• Use analytics tools to analyze complex use cases, assess product usability, and simplify the user experience.
• Create intuitive user interfaces employing wireframes and mock-ups.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, establishing trust and aligning product offerings with their expectations.
• Manage the rollout of new products and continuous improvements to existing ones within defined timelines.
• Effectively communicate product solutions and features to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Demonstrate persistence and professionalism in completing all product documentation, including PRDs and knowledge bases.
• Stay current with emerging trends in IT and technical architectures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, Statistics, or related discipline.
• 8 to 10 years of experience managing web and mobile products, preferably with a background in technical product management or engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience developing global enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or transportation sectors is advantageous.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale products using agile methodologies, demonstrating collaboration and leadership in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with clients and internal teams, coupled with a keen sense for creating excellent user experiences and elegant designs.
• Proactive, quick-thinking, and highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
