About the Role

We are seeking an experienced senior operations leader capable of building and leading high-performance teams while fostering innovation and leveraging technology to revolutionize operational workflows. This role focuses on collaborating with business leaders to develop solutions that empower client-facing teams to deliver maximum value.

Based in Dublin, Ireland, and reporting to the Head of Operations, the Senior Operations Manager will lead a cross-border team supporting Aon's Human Capital business. The position plays a critical role in evolving operational delivery in Wealth, Health, and Talent sectors.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

The Middle Office is a cross-border function with teams in Ireland and Krakow that offers operational, technical, and governance support. It consists of:

Digitalisation Team: Innovating scalable solutions using technologies such as Power Apps, dashboards, and AI including Copilot.
Client Services Team: Delivering operational and governance support to consulting groups.

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will unify these teams to streamline workflows, elevate delivery quality, and drive efficiency, innovation, and consistency within the function.

Key Duties

Lead and develop an accomplished international operations team
Formulate and execute Middle Office strategy aligned with business goals
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to consolidate operational activities
Standardize processes, enhance governance, and ensure exceptional service delivery
Utilize digital and AI tools to boost efficiency and transform service approaches
Monitor operational performance using key metrics, SLAs, and insightful reporting
Champion change initiatives and promote continuous improvement
