Overview
Join a dynamic and expanding strategy consulting team committed to aiding insurers in enhancing their business performance by crafting and implementing robust strategies. This position is based at our London office.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in delivering impactful strategic consulting projects to insurers, reinsurers, and investors across diverse topics such as growth and commercial strategies, operating model design, digital and AI strategy, commercial due diligence, and go-to-market planning.
- Perform detailed market research and thorough financial and data analyses to underpin strategic recommendations.
- Assist in formulating and testing hypotheses, contributing to actionable insights and high-value outcomes.
- Develop compelling client deliverables and effectively present findings and proposals to client stakeholders.
- Engage proactively within project teams and the broader unit, bringing an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach to work.

Established in 2022, the team has experienced continuous growth. Leveraging proprietary data and extensive industry expertise, STG delivers unique insights that drive competitive advantage.
The team operates from multiple offices globally, including London, New York, Chicago, Singapore, Sydney, and Rotterdam, with flexible hybrid working options.

Candidate Profile
- Experience in strategy consulting at recognized firms or boutiques is preferable; insurance sector experience is advantageous but not required. Background in insurance audit with qualifications underway is also valued.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured and strategic mindset.
- Proficient in producing high-quality work using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team-oriented, able to thrive in fast-paced settings and quickly build effective relationships.
- Business acumen and curiosity regarding insurer growth, transformation, and value chain performance enhancement.
- Committed to rapid skill acquisition and development, especially if prior insurance experience is limited.
- Motivated to contribute to a growing, entrepreneurial pure-play strategy consultancy engaging a wide range of (re)insurance clients.
