직무 설명
Overview
The role involves supporting the creation and delivery of soft skills training programmes aimed at enhancing employee capabilities and promoting service excellence within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing soft skills training initiatives to improve staff competencies and elevate service standards.
- Monitor service-related key performance indicators, analyze data, generate reports, and collaborate with different departments to identify performance shortfalls and implement corrective action plans.
- Organize and carry out service initiatives and employee engagement programs to build a positive and motivated workplace environment.
- Manage and support award nomination submissions and recognition programs that reinforce and establish the company’s service culture.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Development or a related discipline with 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong capabilities in coordination, facilitation, and project management.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights effectively.
- Experience or familiarity with e-learning platforms or multimedia content creation tools is a plus.
