Senior Equity Markets Relationship Manager

Position Overview

This role is based in Dubai, UAE, and requires a minimum of 4 years' experience in the brokerage industry. The organization seeks a licensed SCA Relationship Manager to deliver client-focused financial services within brokerage and investment sectors, aiming to enhance business growth through relationship development.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with retail and institutional clients.
• Offer investment, brokerage, trading, and wealth management products and services.
• Identify and capitalize on new business prospects to grow the client base.
• Provide clients with insights on financial markets and investment opportunities.
• Comply strictly with SCA regulations and internal company policies.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals by managing client portfolios effectively.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guarantee excellent customer service.
• Maintain precise documentation and client records regularly.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in brokerage or related financial services fields such as trading or investment.
• A valid SCA License is compulsory.
• Experience in financial services sectors including trading, cryptocurrency, or investments is preferred.
• Proven expertise in acquiring clients and managing relationships.
• Possession of a personal client database or network is essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Fluency in English plus Arabic or English plus French is required.
• Open to candidates of any nationality.
