Role overview
WSP in Asia is looking for a Senior Architectural Designer in Singapore to take ownership of concept development, design studies, documentation, and coordination across project stages.
What you will do
- Develop concept ideas and translate them into schematic design solutions.
- Carry out feasibility checks and present design options and proposals.
- Prepare tender packages, including schedules and technical specifications.
- Discuss project-related matters with clients and keep design intent aligned with requirements.
- Work closely with consultants and contractors to support coordination throughout the project.
- Maintain design standards and ensure compliance with the relevant authorities.
What we are looking for
- A degree in Architecture, preferably one recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in architectural work.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, working drawings, and construction methods.
- Solid familiarity with local codes and regulations.
- Hands-on knowledge of authority submission requirements and procedures.
- Proven ability to guide and lead a team.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Singapore.
