Senior Architectural Designer

Role overview

WSP in Asia is looking for a Senior Architectural Designer in Singapore to take ownership of concept development, design studies, documentation, and coordination across project stages.

What you will do

• Develop concept ideas and translate them into schematic design solutions.
• Carry out feasibility checks and present design options and proposals.
• Prepare tender packages, including schedules and technical specifications.
• Discuss project-related matters with clients and keep design intent aligned with requirements.
• Work closely with consultants and contractors to support coordination throughout the project.
• Maintain design standards and ensure compliance with the relevant authorities.

What we are looking for

• A degree in Architecture, preferably one recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in architectural work.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, working drawings, and construction methods.
• Solid familiarity with local codes and regulations.
• Hands-on knowledge of authority submission requirements and procedures.
• Proven ability to guide and lead a team.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
