Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on ICT support services to school staff and learners.
• Maintain and ensure functionality and security of computers, classroom tech, printers, audio-visual gear, and school systems.
• Support everyday ICT processes related to school management and classroom activities.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on various equipment.
• Keep precise records of ICT assets, repairs, and technical support activities.
• Promote safe and responsible use of technology in compliance with the school's data protection policies.
• Assist Computer Studies teachers during practical lessons.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Experience in providing ICT, desktop, or technical support services.
• Knowledge and troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, printing, logins, connectivity, and access issues.
• Basic understanding of wired and wireless networking.
• Capability to maintain accurate ICT documentation.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Awareness of confidentiality, safeguarding, and child online safety protocols in educational settings.
