Role Overview
This role involves diagnosing and resolving issues within SAP SuccessFactors modules and understanding integration points between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. You will analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, configure systems per solution design, and prepare comprehensive testing documentation. Additionally, you will provide training sessions to end users and super users to ensure smooth adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and analyze root causes of issues in SuccessFactors modules.
- Possess strong knowledge of integration mechanisms between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
- Address both technical and process-related challenges faced by clients.
- Define and analyze business requirements; conduct fit-gap analysis between client needs and standard SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure systems according to design blueprints and documentation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in XML.
- Prepare and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Train end users and super users effectively.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Certified SAP Employee Central professional.
- Training or knowledge in other SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals Management, Compensation, and Learning.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP HCM.
- Participation in at least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations of SuccessFactors.
- Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant domain experience.
Additional Details
The position is based in India with a work from home arrangement and requires willingness to travel as needed. The client is a government-owned entity located in Saudi Arabia. Candidates should be able to join within 15 days.
