Role Overview
We are looking for a sales professional to join a perfume retail environment in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on delivering a premium in-store experience, guiding customers through fragrance selections, and supporting day-to-day shop operations while helping the store meet its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome shoppers in a polished, professional manner and create a positive first impression.
- Explain fragrance products in detail, including their ingredients, how they are used, and the benefits they offer.
- Assist customers in finding scents that match their preferences and needs.
- Increase basket size by recommending complementary items and additional products.
- Provide high-quality customer support and handle questions or complaints effectively.
- Keep merchandise neatly arranged and well organized within the store.
- Process sales and payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Work toward achieving monthly sales targets.
- Track inventory levels and follow up on replenishment requests.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the perfume industry is required.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities are essential.
- Comfortable working as part of a team in a sales-driven setting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in daily work.
