Overview
Join 123 Consultants as a Sales & Marketing Executive based in Kolkata, West Bengal. This role focuses on expanding the company's presence in flexible packaging solutions by engaging with potential clients and managing the sales cycle end-to-end.
Key Duties
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects within designated areas.
- Generate leads through on-ground visits, cold calls, networking, digital outreach, and referrals.
- Engage with procurement managers, purchase heads, factory managers, and business owners to assess their packaging needs.
- Market the company's flexible packaging products and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals.
- Collaborate with production, design, dispatch, and accounting departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Follow up diligently on inquiries, sample requests, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Develop and maintain enduring customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor market dynamics including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new developments.
- Maintain accurate daily sales, visit reports, CRM updates, and customer information.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and other marketing events when necessary.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from clients.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 13,000 and 20,000 INR.
