About the Role
Sasteghar.com is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead its Agency Vertical. This position entails building and managing a robust network of Associate Partners (Agents), with key responsibilities revolving around agent recruitment, business development, team leadership, and boosting real estate sales via channel partnerships.
Core Responsibilities
- Consistently recruit, onboard, and engage Associate Partners/Agents to strengthen the agency network.
- Expand the agency/channel partner ecosystem to foster business growth.
- Drive revenue generation through property sales facilitated by channel partners.
- Provide management, mentorship, and support to agents to meet and surpass individual as well as team sales objectives.
- Organize routine meetings, conduct training sessions, and perform performance evaluations with partner agents.
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with agents to ensure sustained engagement.
- Lead efforts for generating leads and closing deals within the agency network.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, CRM, and Accounts to ensure smooth execution of deals.
- Maintain daily MIS reports and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience specifically in the Agency Vertical within the Insurance or Mutual Fund sectors is mandatory.
- Demonstrated expertise in agent hiring, managing teams, and orchestrating sales activities.
- Strong skills in business development and networking are required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership qualities are essential.
- A target-driven approach with verifiable achievements in meeting sales targets.
- Capability to perform in a dynamic, fast-moving environment focused on fieldwork.
