Hardev Enterprises is currently recruiting male and female Telecalling Sales Executives for their Ayurvedic Wellness Division. This opportunity allows candidates to work from home with company-provided live leads and extensive training to help succeed in sales.

Job Responsibilities

Reach out to potential customers through calls and attend to their inquiries.
Clearly and professionally explain product details to customers.
Understand customer needs effectively to tailor solutions.
Convert generated leads into confirmed orders.
Regularly follow up with leads and customers to maintain engagement.
Accurately record customer and order information.
Maintain discipline and professional communication throughout interactions.

Performance Expectations

Candidates are expected to deliver an average of 2 confirmed orders per day, amounting to 60–70 orders monthly. Higher delivery rates lead to better salaries, incentives, and rewards.

Salary and Incentive Structure

Salary is strictly performance-based, calculated per successfully delivered order as per the following scale:

Daily incentives are additionally provided based on the number of orders delivered each day:

Only the highest applicable daily incentive slab will be rewarded per day.

Work Requirements

Minimum 8 hours of work daily.
Must have an Android smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer.
Stable internet or Wi-Fi connection is essential.
Clear communication and basic sales skills are necessary.
A quiet and professional environment for calls is required.

Important Policies and Rules

Salary is paid only for orders successfully delivered.
Cancelled, fake, duplicate, returned, or undelivered orders will not be counted.
False promises, guarantees, or misleading product claims are strictly forbidden.
Salaries, incentives, and rewards are subject to company verification and policies.
Initial joining will be on a training and evaluation basis.
Applicants demonstrating consistent work and stable performance for at least 15 days may qualify for an official offer letter.
Only dedicated candidates aiming for long-term growth should apply.
