About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and approachable individuals to become key members of our team at The Butlers Pantry located in Blackrock, County Cork. Candidates should have a genuine passion for delivering excellent food and beverage service and outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a retail and café environment.
- Handle till reconciliation accurately and efficiently.
- Effectively delegate tasks and maintain high food hygiene standards.
- Operate the barista station with expertise and deliver quality beverages.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of prior experience working in retail, specifically within a café or bakery setting.
- Proficient barista skills are mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential.
- Ability to work with an outgoing, friendly disposition while maintaining professionalism.
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends as required.
- Ambitious, hardworking, well-presented, and focused on excellent customer care.
