About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a retail and café environment.
• Handle till reconciliation accurately and efficiently.
• Effectively delegate tasks and maintain high food hygiene standards.
• Operate the barista station with expertise and deliver quality beverages.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of prior experience working in retail, specifically within a café or bakery setting.
• Proficient barista skills are mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential.
• Ability to work with an outgoing, friendly disposition while maintaining professionalism.
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends as required.
• Ambitious, hardworking, well-presented, and focused on excellent customer care.
