Position Overview
This role focuses on driving retail sales through channel partners and managing client relationships to contribute towards regional sales objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain and cultivate ongoing sales from assigned client relationships to help achieve regional sales targets.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify potential new clients and actively engage with channel partners to boost sales.
- Develop profiles of channel partners, addressing their needs to ensure sustained business collaboration.
- Achieve set goals for new folios and systematic investment plans (SIPs) additions.
- Regularly meet and communicate with bank branch counters to strengthen engagement.
- Distribute timely updates and product-related information to partners.
- Plan and conduct training sessions and engagement activities for partners to enhance their knowledge and cooperation.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure full adherence to internal reporting and auditing protocols.
- Submit weekly reports to Regional Heads and Channel Heads.
- Maintain sales portal data accurately for effective monitoring and analysis.
- Support brand visibility by installing advertising and publicity materials effectively.
