Job Overview
The position entails engaging with health insurance agents to promote and sell health insurance policies through active field presence and coordination with relevant departments.
Key Duties
- Consistently recruit new health agents or advisors, ensuring proper licensing and activation tracking.
- Manage health retail products effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with health agents.
- Conduct frequent field visits to assist agents or directly sell health policies to individuals.
- Liaise with departments such as Underwriting, Claims, and Operations to streamline processes.
- Hold regular meetings with agents, lead providers, and intermediaries, keeping detailed records systematically.
- Provide training and motivation to health agents to incentivize higher performance and business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of six months experience in field sales within agency or any insurance product domain is essential.
- A graduate degree is mandatory; diploma or part-time degrees are not acceptable.
- Applicants with operations experience are not suitable for this role.
- The role requires full-time on-field work dedicated to health policy sales.
