About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Maximise profitability and economic value of a portfolio comprising Growth Business key account clients with medium to high complexity financial needs.
- Focus efforts on acquiring new clients through targeted origination.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives within the existing client base to deepen relationships.
- Ensure dedicated client coverage in line with the segment's Commercial Value Proposition (CVP).
- Act as the primary portfolio owner for Growth Account clients, tailoring strategies according to client complexity.
- Proactively build and nurture strong client relationships by performing regular visits and interactions aligned with the Commercial Growth Account Value Proposition.
- Provide actionable feedback into product development to enhance the client service offerings of the bank.
- Uphold all risk management policies and procedures of the bank, ensuring comprehensive understanding and compliance with regulatory and client-related governance.
- Promote innovative working methods by challenging traditional approaches and supporting a collaborative, empowering environment within the team.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and provide constructive feedback to peers to drive team excellence.
Essential Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies is mandatory.
