Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Regional Quality Lead based in Ireland, managing quality control standards across multiple European data centre construction projects. This role is central to ensuring consistency and high-quality execution across various sites, involving leadership, process standardization, and direct reporting to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to QC teams operating at various sites throughout Europe.
- Manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, inspection processes, and effectively handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) resolutions.
- Harmonize QC procedures and documentation standards across the region to guarantee uniform quality practices.
- Monitor, analyze, and report quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) directly to senior leadership.
- Engage with clients during audits, inspections, and reviews related to design and buildability aspects.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of seven years experience in quality control or assurance within construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), or data centre projects.
- Proficiency across civil structural, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning quality disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams operating across multiple locations or countries.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Europe.
