Job Scope
- Execute building construction projects on behalf of the company.
- Review project specifications and clarify technical details.
- Prepare method statements and verify drawing inconsistencies.
- Manage project planning, design, materials requisition, cost control, supervision, and documentation.
- Oversee construction activities and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for technical issues.
- Ensure project progress is timely and runs smoothly.
- Maintain high quality standards and enforce safety and environmental compliance.
- Guarantee all project activities adhere to the companys ISO quality management system.
Job Requirements
- At least three years of experience in building construction projects.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and conversant with Microsoft Project software.
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
