Join us as a Recruitment Consultant, serving as a trusted intermediary between clients and candidates by linking outstanding talent with valuable career openings.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth proactively through calls, face-to-face interactions, and relationship-driven efforts.
- Gain a thorough understanding of clients' recruitment needs and offer well-informed strategic advice.
- Negotiate engagement terms and fees to cultivate durable partnerships.
- Develop expertise in the industry by networking and staying current with market trends.
- Identify and attract top-tier candidate talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate and client handling through interviews and offers.
- Work collaboratively within a high-achieving team environment to meet shared objectives.
- Maintain detailed records and track recruitment activity using Salesforce.
