Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Recruiting Operations Manager to join our Global Recruiting Optimization team. This role is pivotal in elevating operational excellence across our worldwide recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will carry in-depth recruiting expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a history of optimizing recruiting systems and processes on a large scale. As a subject matter expert, you will interpret intricate data, bridge program initiatives, and represent the recruitment function in high-impact cross-team projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to recruiting leaders and cross-functional teams, representing recruiting operations in enterprise projects and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Continuously enhance recruiting technologies, including ATS, scheduling tools, and assessment platforms, by identifying gaps and collaborating with system teams.
  • Design and implement scalable, automated, and simplified recruitment processes that reduce manual workload and ensure quality and consistency globally.
  • Analyze recruiting data and operational metrics to identify patterns, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights that foster accountability.
  • Facilitate planning and deployment of recruiting programs and technology rollouts, ensuring alignment and early risk identification.
  • Manage creation and governance of process documents, training content, and accessible knowledge resources.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Enablement to coordinate logistics for both in-person and virtual events, guaranteeing smooth experiences for all participants.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in Recruiting or HR Operations or a similar role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of recruiting lifecycles, systems, and workflows, operating as a subject matter expert.
  • Proven experience in supporting complex technological or procedural implementations with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to derive insights and trends from data and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills to manage and synthesize extensive information.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus in cross-functional settings.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), Slack, and Smartsheet.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Workday, GoodTime, HackerRank, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in process optimization or systems thinking.
  • Ability to work independently balancing long-term strategies with tactical tasks.
  • Experience operating within global, matrixed organizations.
  • Background in mergers and acquisitions.
