Job Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process independently for challenging specialist positions.
- Proactively approach and engage suitable candidates through active sourcing techniques.
- Collaborate closely with relevant departments to understand profile requirements and prioritize hiring needs.
- Conduct structured interviews and perform thorough candidate evaluations.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for recurring job roles.
- Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, transparent, and of high quality.
Candidate Profile
- Possess at least two years of experience in recruiting; prior in-house recruitment experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated accountability for filling complex specialist positions independently.
- Strong expertise in active sourcing and direct candidate outreach.
- Exhibit a structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented working style.
- Maintain confident communication with departments and make decisive hiring decisions.
- Proactive nature coupled with a high level of service orientation.
