Role overview

Depa Interiors is looking for a Public Relations Officer to manage official procedures and ensure government-related processes are completed smoothly and on time. The role plays an important part in keeping project activities compliant and avoiding delays or penalties.

Key responsibilities

Act as the liaison for government processes such as visas, labour cards, permits, NOCs, and municipality approvals.
Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, MOHRE, GDRFA, RTA, DEWA, and Civil Defense for construction-related clearances.
Arrange and follow up on site-level permits needed for mobilisation, safety, and inspections.
Monitor compliance requirements that may affect project schedules and financial penalties.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
Applicants should have 5–7 years of experience dealing with immigration and labour matters.

Skills and profile

Ability to communicate in Arabic.
Working knowledge of English.
Strong understanding of UAE rules and labour regulations.
Comfortable dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
Familiarity with government procedures and official channels.
Flexible approach to work timings and able to resolve immigration or labour issues as they arise.
Dependable, committed, and willing to put in consistent effort.
Capable of handling highly confidential information with discretion.

Compensation
