Public Relations Officer

Role overview

Depa Interiors is looking for a Public Relations Officer to manage official procedures and ensure government-related processes are completed smoothly and on time. The role plays an important part in keeping project activities compliant and avoiding delays or penalties.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the liaison for government processes such as visas, labour cards, permits, NOCs, and municipality approvals.
• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, MOHRE, GDRFA, RTA, DEWA, and Civil Defense for construction-related clearances.
• Arrange and follow up on site-level permits needed for mobilisation, safety, and inspections.
• Monitor compliance requirements that may affect project schedules and financial penalties.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Applicants should have 5–7 years of experience dealing with immigration and labour matters.

Skills and profile

• Ability to communicate in Arabic.
• Working knowledge of English.
• Strong understanding of UAE rules and labour regulations.
• Comfortable dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with government procedures and official channels.
• Flexible approach to work timings and able to resolve immigration or labour issues as they arise.
• Dependable, committed, and willing to put in consistent effort.
• Capable of handling highly confidential information with discretion.

Compensation
