About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee creative projects from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating teams, vendors, and stakeholders, keeping track of progress, and ensuring everyone is aligned on priorities, deadlines, and forthcoming tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative projects from start to final delivery.
• Establish and maintain schedules, priorities, and essential milestones.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and various stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and clarify roles and next actions for all involved.
• Detect potential risks, delays, or gaps and collaborate with teams to resolve them promptly.
• Organize project documentation, updates, and deliverables to ensure transparency.
• Facilitate clear communication across diverse project streams.
• Ensure projects adhere to the defined scope, timeline, and requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, ideally within an agency setting.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and communication proficiency.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects or workflows with confidence.
• Proactive mindset for spotting and solving issues swiftly.
• Skilled at providing clarity and structure in fast-paced project environments.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with follow-through.
• Experienced in managing collaborations among teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Capable of managing priorities effectively within set deadlines.
• Dependable, calm, and collaborative character.
