Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead projects and oversee all stages of project and order execution ensuring quality, timely delivery, and customer value.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) industry and its products.
• Plan resources effectively, including manpower and materials.
• Conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential project issues.
• Ensure all project objectives and timelines are achieved.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards throughout the project duration.
• Supervise subcontractors to confirm work schedules and guidelines are followed.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly MIS reports along with perturbation charts and project reports.
• Visit clients and project sites as necessary to monitor progress and address issues.
• Develop detailed project plans and deliver training sessions to site engineers.
• Monitor projects through to final commissioning and handover stages.
• Manage the accuracy and effectiveness of engineering drawings, schematics, and other technical documents.
• Coordinate approvals of drawings and technical data from customers, consultants, and government bodies.
• Take responsibility for the timely handover of projects.
• Conduct regular customer meetings both online and onsite to ensure client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Candidates must hold a Graduate degree, preferably B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, B.Sc. in IT or Electronics, or equivalent diplomas.
• Possession of a PMP certification is advantageous.
• Experience between 5 to 8 years in project execution and management specifically within IBMS sectors including security, fire safety, IT, audiovisual, and building automation.
• Strong command over English, both spoken and written, combined with excellent communication skills.
• Proven history of successfully handing over projects.
• Ability to work well within and lead teams, fostering collaboration and team building.
• Capability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
