Mission
- Assist project managers in executing current construction projects effectively.
- Plan and prepare meetings to ensure smooth discussion flow.
- Create and finalize meeting minutes, presentations, and standardized templates for project-related appointments.
- Collaborate closely with external partners and service vendors.
- Support ongoing project reporting and monitoring activities.
- Take initiative to independently manage office administration duties.
- Serve as the primary contact point for both internal team members and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of project documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Completed apprenticeship or training in commercial or real estate-related fields, or possess an equivalent qualification.
- Initial practical experience within the real estate industry.
- Keen interest in real estate coupled with analytical skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written German language skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and methodical working style supported by strong organizational abilities.
- Positive, courteous, and professional demeanor with polite communication style.
