Produce Stocker

About the Role

Join Walmart Canada as a Produce Stocker and enhance your retail experience. This position involves providing outstanding customer service while upholding Walmart's core values. You'll be responsible for maintaining the produce section, organizing inventory, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and zone the produce department to ensure efficient layout.
• Perform stock rotation and inspect products for expiration dates.
• Maintain accurate pricing and signage on products.
• Comply with cold chain management, including temperature monitoring and proper food handling.
• Uphold sanitation standards by following cleaning protocols.
• Manage ordering, setting clearance and pricing adjustments, and labeling.
• Ensure the department is well-stocked and prepared for daily business operations.
• Adhere to health and safety policies within the workspace.
• Stock, downstock, and protect products as needed, including setting modular shelving units.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.30.
