About the Position
The role of a Dairy/Frozen Associate at Walmart Canada offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your experience in retail. This position involves delivering outstanding customer service in line with Walmart’s core values while managing and organizing the Dairy and Frozen goods section. It is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and zone the Dairy and Frozen department for a tidy presentation.
- Implement stock rotation practices and monitor for products past their expiration dates.
- Ensure merchandise is clearly priced and correctly labeled.
- Comply with cold chain management protocols including thermometer calibration and accurate temperature recordings.
- Maintain adherence to food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
- Handle ordering processes, clearance items, price markups and markdowns, and updating signage.
- Preserve promotional displays and special features within the department.
- Maintain a clean, organized space free of unnecessary debris and hazards.
Minimum Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
