Job Overview
We are looking for a Process Executive based in Chennai to handle communication with US-based record keeping offices of providers and other businesses for facilitating record retrieval and case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact US record keeping offices and related businesses to facilitate retrieval of necessary records.
- Investigate and verify the accuracy and completeness of information received from targeted offices.
- Document case progress accurately and professionally with comprehensive notes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders involved to exchange and obtain case-related information.
- Continuously identify and suggest improvements to optimize process efficiency and effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrate a strong sense of discipline, work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to operate during US shifts.
- Previous experience in US healthcare voice processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Commitment to remain in the role for a minimum duration of 18 months.
