About the Role
We are looking for a Presales Executive specializing in Real Estate to join our team based in Kharadi, Pune. This role primarily involves office-based work and requires coordinating leads and client interactions to support our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify sales leads.
- Manage end-to-end pre-sales activities from lead inquiry through scheduling property site visits.
- Arrange in-person meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
- Regularly follow up with prospects, channel partners, and current leads to encourage conversion.
- Comprehend customer requirements and provide detailed, accurate project information.
- Maintain and update all lead information using the CRM system.
- Schedule and confirm site visits for clients in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with sales staff to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Prepare daily call logs, follow-up reports, and management information system (MIS) documentation.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Resolve customer queries professionally through telephone, WhatsApp, and email communication channels.
- Assist the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Uphold confidentiality of customer data and company records.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages is required.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to close deals.
Additional Information
- Work mode is onsite at our Kharadi, Pune office.
- Weekly off is on Monday.
- Immediate joining candidates will be preferred.
- Salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month depending on experience and performance, with an incentive structure offering ₹5,000 to ₹50,000.
