Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and confident Presales Executive to manage customer queries, generate potential leads, and work closely with the sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for making calls to prospective clients, providing detailed project information, arranging site visits, and sustaining strong client connections.

Key Responsibilities

Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls
Generate and assess leads from multiple marketing channels
Describe project features and offerings to prospective buyers
Arrange site visits and perform consistent follow-ups with customers
Maintain and update customer information within the CRM system
Collaborate with sales staff to facilitate lead conversion
Develop and nurture lasting relationships with future clients
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated

Candidate Requirements

Effective communication and persuasive abilities
Basic proficiency with MS Excel and CRM software
Positive mindset and professional demeanor
Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with experience
Preferred: strong skills in follow-up, negotiation, presentation, and managing multiple clients
