- Background managing complex portfolios, programs, or cross-functional work in SaaS, cloud communications, telecommunications, or other technology settings.
- Solid experience with portfolio governance, roadmap planning, prioritization methods, capacity planning, and investment decisions.
- Ability to assess new requests, compare trade-offs, and support executive-level prioritization.
- Experience creating executive dashboards and reporting on portfolio health, delivery progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource use.
- Strong understanding of Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Practical experience using Jira, Confluence, portfolio reporting, and workflow tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and align business and technical groups.
- Strong business and financial judgment, including ROI analysis, budgeting considerations, and strategic planning.

- Employee Stock Purchase Plan available after one year of service.
- Flexible time off along with company holidays.
- Entrepreneurial environment with strong opportunities for career growth.
