Role Overview
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, valves, fittings, drainage, and plumbing fixtures across commercial and residential buildings with high accuracy and care.
- Work closely with general contractors, electricians, and construction teams to ensure smooth project workflows.
- Quickly attend to plumbing emergencies, delivering professional diagnosis and effective resolutions.
- Conduct periodic inspections of plumbing and drainage facilities to detect issues early and avoid future complications.
- Keep detailed records of time worked, tasks completed, and materials used, ensuring clear communication with teammates and clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience handling plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in both residential and commercial settings.
- Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and construction plans.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills across various professionals.
- Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing problems promptly.
- Good knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing assignments.
