About the Role

This full-time, on-site teaching role is for a Post Graduate Teacher in Accountancy based in Madhya Pradesh, India. The position involves teaching senior secondary students and helping them build strong conceptual and exam-ready understanding of the subject.

Key Responsibilities

Create and deliver interactive Accountancy lessons for Classes XI and XII in line with CBSE/ICSE requirements.
Develop structured lesson plans, classroom materials, and assessments that strengthen conceptual clarity and analytical skills.
Run both ongoing and end-term assessments, share helpful feedback, and keep academic documentation up to date.
Guide students preparing for board exams, Olympiads, and other competitive examinations such as CA Foundation and NDA.
Take part in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Work with other teachers on cross-subject projects and co-curricular activities.
Follow the institution’s values, safety guidelines, and discipline standards while maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications & Skills

Postgraduate qualification in Accountancy, Commerce, or a related field such as M.Com, MA, or an equivalent degree.
PGT eligibility certification from NCTE or a comparable authority.
Strong proficiency in both English and Hindi, written as well as spoken.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in senior secondary Accountancy is preferred. Exposure to CBSE/ICSE teaching methods and board exam preparation will be an advantage. Experience with digital classrooms, online testing tools, and other technology-enabled teaching methods is also desirable.
