Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic PCD Sales Manager to drive the growth of our PCD Pharma Franchise network across India. This role requires strategizing and executing sales plans, managing client relationships, and leading a dedicated sales team to meet set targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to expand the PCD Pharma Franchise business nationwide.
- Identify and appoint new franchise partners and distributors to grow the business network.
- Maintain and strengthen ongoing relationships with current PCD clients.
- Lead, train, and motivate the PCD sales team while monitoring their performance closely.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide quotations, deliver product presentations, negotiate deals, and finalize orders.
- Collaborate with dispatch, production, accounts, and logistics departments to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure prompt collections to maintain cash flow.
- Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to management summarizing business progress.
- Address customer issues quickly to sustain long-term client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures at all times.

Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging between 30,000 and 77,000 INR.
