About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and well-organized Payroll Tax Assistant to become a vital part of our expanding Payroll Tax team based in Nairobi, Kenya. The role focuses on delivering administrative assistance and supporting payroll tax operations, including routine daily processing and quarterly tax-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Payroll Tax Department.
  • Assist with daily tax processing as well as quarter-end tax procedures.
  • Handle sorting and distributing of incoming mail efficiently.
  • Manage assigned cases by prioritizing and resolving them through the Pulse case management system.
  • Contribute to payroll tax projects and perform other related duties as required.

Requirements
