About the Company
Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea is part of Saudi Arabia's ambitious Red Sea Project, featuring two eco-conscious resorts. The property offers 361 rooms, 11 unique dining venues including an overwater restaurant with views of the Red Sea and mangroves, plus a luxury spa. It represents a blend of Raffles’ renowned hospitality and personalized service with the natural beauty and sustainability principles of Red Sea Global, creating a sophisticated retreat for discerning travelers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete payroll processing for employees across multiple resorts, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
- Guarantee compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws, related regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead and supervise the payroll team by offering guidance, training, and evaluating performance.
- Maintain thorough and precise payroll documentation for all staff members.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and efficiently investigate any inconsistencies.
- Compile detailed payroll reports and variance analyses for management review.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance to resolve payroll-related concerns.
- Administer salary payments and manage associated tax responsibilities.
- Handle employee payroll queries and promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Keep updated on labor law changes, tax rules, and payroll industry best practices.
- Establish and sustain payroll controls and audit processes.
- Utilize payroll software and HRIS systems to enhance payroll operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least three years’ experience managing payroll within multi-property or complex organizational settings.
- Comprehensive understanding of Saudi labor laws, legal compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven skill with payroll processing software and systems.
- Strong analytical abilities and precise attention to numerical details.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Experience leading and developing payroll teams.
- Familiar with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Preferred experience in the hospitality sector.
- Preferred expertise in managing payroll for diverse, multinational workforces.
- Knowledge of international payroll processing is advantageous.

- Familiarity with ultra-luxury guest expectations and brand standards is essential.
- Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and documentation during pre-opening phases.
- Pre-opening experience is mandatory.
