Part-Time Telesales Executive (Female Only)

Position Overview

We are seeking a part-time female telesales executive to work from our office. This is a permanent role involving just 3 hours of work per day with fixed shifts. Selected candidates will receive training and have the opportunity to earn attractive incentives based on sales performance.

Work Schedule

• Work location: Office-based (no remote option)
• Choose one fixed time slot for consistent daily work:
  • 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through online platforms.
• Conduct telesales calls to prospective customers.
• Regularly follow up with customers to nurture sales opportunities.
• Successfully close sales deals.
• Maintain effective communication with customers using mobile devices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only.
• Must possess a personal mobile phone in good working condition for sales activities.
• A new personal SIM card dedicated to sales work is required.
• Good communication proficiency is essential.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• College-going students are not eligible.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary of ₹4,500 payable after achieving sales targets.
• Additional ₹1,500 monthly allowance for mobile recharge and work-related tools, provided by the company.

• Potential to earn up to ₹10,000 extra depending on sales outcomes.

• Having your own mobile phone and a new SIM card for work is mandatory.
• This is a permanent full-time office role.
