Overview
Westgrove is seeking a dependable and caring Personal Care Assistant to support individuals one-on-one in their homes and local community. This role is focused on encouraging daily growth, assisting with skill-building activities, and helping recipients work toward personal goals in and outside the home.
The organization serves mental health recipients across Southeast Michigan and has both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
What you will do
- Provide one-on-one support to recipients in their homes.
- Encourage participation in skill-building and goal-oriented activities.
- Accompany individuals into the community to support personal development outside the home.
- Work closely with care plans while offering consistent, compassionate assistance.

Requirements
- Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities are needed.
