Role Overview
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be essential in supporting the execution of podcast campaigns, managing daily operations, and helping clients leverage podcast advertising as a key growth driver. You will work alongside leading brands, creators, and networks within a collaborative team shaping the future of podcast advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers and cross-functional teams with daily execution of podcast advertising campaigns.
- Oversee campaign logistics including handling product shipments, generating tracking links, creating promo codes, securing copy approvals, and setting up campaigns.
- Coordinate with podcast partners to ensure timely delivery of all campaign materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain precise reports using Google Sheets.
- Help optimize campaigns and resolve any issues that arise.
- Administer contracts, insertion orders, invoices, and related administrative duties.
- Establish and nurture effective working relationships with podcast networks, creators, and internal stakeholders.
- Keep internal documentation accurate and organized throughout campaign lifecycles.
- Gain a deep understanding of client goals to contribute to effective advertising solutions.
- Assist in preparing monthly and ad hoc reports as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in account coordination, campaign management, advertising, media, or client services.
- Background in podcast advertising, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital media is highly advantageous.
- A true passion for podcasts and marketing through this medium.
- Proven competency in managing multiple external partners and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and capable of creating presentations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Highly detail-focused with excellent organizational and time management capabilities to thrive in a fast-paced workload.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred.
