Role overview
RG&T Solutions is looking for a self-driven remote professional in Incline Village, Nevada who can support a mix of client-facing and back-office tasks. This position is designed for someone who enjoys flexibility, can work independently, and is comfortable contributing to multiple projects at once.
What you will do
- Handle incoming customer questions and requests across email, chat, and phone channels.
- Carry out accurate data entry, online research, and general administrative support.
