RG&T Solutions is looking for a self-driven remote professional in Incline Village, Nevada who can support a mix of client-facing and back-office tasks. What you will do
- Handle incoming customer questions and requests across email, chat, and phone channels.
- Carry out accurate data entry, online research, and general administrative support.
- Contribute to writing, editing, and managing social media content.
- Help coordinate projects and prepare or update documentation for the team.
- Keep records well organized and make sure tasks are completed on time.
