About the role
This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity with a global AI data solutions team. The assignment supports the improvement of digital map content and quality for users worldwide. Work is part-time and does not follow a fixed timetable.
What you will do
- Contribute to a project focused on strengthening the accuracy and usefulness of digital maps used at scale.
- Carry out online research and review activities in a browser-based environment.
- Check, compare, and validate information to judge whether it is relevant and correct.
Selection process
Applicants must clear an open-book assessment to determine suitability for the role and complete identity verification. Supporting instructions and learning material will be shared in advance. The exam must be finished within the given timeframe, but it can be taken at a convenient time within that window.
Working hours
The role requires availability from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Indian Standard Time, as the employer operates on those hours outside India.
Compensation
The offered pay is ₹4,50,000 to ₹4,60,000 per year.
Eligibility and requirements
No prior professional experience is needed. Candidates should be able to read and write Urdu, have basic English ability, and be based in India for the last 5 years. Familiarity with India’s current and historical context across business, media, sports, news, social media, and culture is required. Applicants should be able to follow instructions, use search engines, online maps, and websites for research, and remain adaptable across different task types such as maps, news, audio, and relevance checks. A broadband internet connection, computer, and the necessary software are also required.
