About the Role
Rai Automobile and Machinery, an authorized dealer of Ashok Leyland, is looking for a versatile Office Administrator and Service Coordinator based at Ayodhyabypass, Bhanpur, Karond in Bhopal. This full-time position involves overseeing office operations, performing data entry tasks, and managing coordination of commercial vehicle servicing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule vehicle maintenance appointments, monitor service records, and communicate updates effectively to fleet customers.
- Maintain accurate data entry of job cards, customer information, and available spare parts using Ashok Leyland's dealer software system.
- Handle daily administrative tasks including managing paperwork, responding to phone inquiries, welcoming visitors, and managing billing and invoicing processes.
- Generate and deliver regular reports on service activities and overall performance to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum educational qualification of Higher Secondary or Graduate level with applicable work experience.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Excel, MS Word, and basic internet usage.
- Prior experience within an automotive dealership, service center, or vehicle workshop environment is strongly preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise smoothly with customers and mechanics.
- Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and committed to punctuality.
