Arrow Exterminators seeks a dedicated full-time Mosquito Pest Control Technician to deliver exceptional services to residential and commercial clients. The role involves treating targeted outdoor areas by applying granules, using backpack sprayers, blowers, or motorized spray rigs. Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough outdoor inspections and evaluations of client properties to identify insects, pest activity, and potential problem areas.
- Effectively identify insect species and assess pest activity to inform service plans.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various methods including granule products, backpack sprayers, blowers, and motorized spray rigs.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about findings and personalized treatment solutions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through reliable, courteous service.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain any state-mandated licensing or certification for pest control.
- Capacity to work full-time hours, typically at least 40 hours per week.
- No prior pest control experience needed; comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidates.
